- During the warranty period, Batterysmith will repair or replace, free of charge, any product or product component that exhibits defects due to improper craftsmanship under normal use and maintenance.

This limited warranty does not cover any issues caused by the following reasons:

- Damage caused by misuse/negligence (please exercise caution!)
- Improper battery installation leading to malfunction.
- Alteration or removal of manufacturer codes.
- Damage caused by collision.
- Improper storage, including damage from water, extreme heat, or freezing temperatures.
- Use of unauthorized and unapproved chargers only.

Product Maintenance:
- Use electronic cleaners or enhancers around the battery terminals to extend lifespan and prevent corrosion, such as dielectric grease sold at most hardware stores!
- When purchasing a starter kit, ensure it includes a battery charger and a covered adapter.

- Handle the battery with care when on the water, and if possible, it's a good practice to always remove the battery when moving from one location to another without it being attached to the fishing rod.
